More Than A Table
Our working tables are not just tables. They have sophisticated functionality for receiving elements from the previous station, they can be equipped with different types of conveyors depending on the type and weight of elements, and they ensure alignment before attaching the wall build-up (insulation, MEP, drywall, OSB etc).
The images from the factory floor below display an interior wall line with a covered framing station with height-adjustable belt transport, a working table for panel application, and an upriser with buffer storage. Custom solutions include table size, type of transport (rollers, belts or chains), open or closed configuration and direction of transport through the line.

Our working tables are designed for adaptable transport - either longitudinal or latitudinal - depending on your factory layout. In this setup, elements move along the long axis, allowing operators to work comfortably between the rollers with easy access for assembly and installation.
