Flexibility is key
Our framing stations come in three levels of automation - simple framing table with manual rollers, powered rollers and our advanced automated framing station. The manual stations can be open or covered and have powered width adjustment with clamping functionality to ensure the framework is properly aligned.

Advanced Framing Station
Precise framing made easy
Our advanced Framing Station is designed for fast, precise frame assembly. Featuring a fixed and adjustable side, it adjusts to different frame sizes. For steel frames, we use magnets to hold top and bottom plates in position. A motorized cart feeds studs into the framing station. Positioning stops and dual screens with shop drawings guide the operator's work. Once completed, the framing station safely pushes the elements to the next station. The machine supports input from CAD, text files, or manual entry, and can be connected to Control Tower.

Manual Framing Station
For perfect alignment
Our manual framing stations are either closed to keep insulation etc., from falling down, or open to allow for work inside the station near the element. The adjustable press force is powered and pins can be moved to allow for screwing in any part of the frame.
