Our height-adjustable wheel tracks are positioned 4, 5, or 6 in width at appropriate intervals to provide sufficient load-bearing capacity for transporting the modules. The modules are built on platforms and can either be moved manually or transported along the wheel tracks using hydraulics.
From the Factory Floor
In the images shown below, platforms are placed between and beside each module. This results in a working floor that is at the same level as the floor inside the module, making it smooth and safe to perform work.
The wheel tracks can be recessed into the floor, or if installed on the floor, we can make them swivel to allow passage through the track with a forklift. The wheel tracks are then swiveled away using pneumatics.
